We are a dutch family, owner of two excellent apartments in El Gouna wich are available for holiday rentals and for long term rental.

Our apartments are only located in the very best areas of El Gouna:

NEW MARINA

The New Marina is specially made for luxury yachts of 15-50 metres. A great view! The New Marina has also direct acces to the beach (Mangroovy beach and Buzzha beach). A perfect place for kitesurfers or beach lovers!

The New Marina apartment is a luxury apartment for 4 people with two bedrooms (one with sea view and one with direct acces to the terrace and garden), two bathrooms, an open style kitchen and a large living and dining room with direct acces to a lovely terrace, a nice sunny garden and last but not least a very special covered higher level terrace with excellent view on the New Marina.

UPPER NUBIA

Upper Nubia is located in the middle of El Gouna, 5 minutes walking from Abu Tig Marine and 5 minutes walking to Downtown! And so it is one of the best locations available you can rent.

The Upper Nubia townhouse is excellent for 6 people with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open style kitchen, a living room, a ground floor terrace, a first floor terrace and a large roof terrace.


OUR EXCELLENT SERVICE

We offer a total service package to our guests with airport transfer, bed linen, towels, cleaning and information tour.
